退款政策

At HUAGUOSHAN INC, every meal is freshly prepared each morning using locally sourced farm vegetables and high-quality ingredients. Because our products are perishable and made to order, we maintain the following return and cancellation policies:

1. Return Policy

Due to food safety and quality standards:

  • All food sales are final.

  • Once an order has been shipped, delivered, or opened, it cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

This policy ensures that every customer receives meals that are fresh, safe, and never resold or reused.

2. Order Cancellation Policy

All HUAGUOSHAN meals are prepared according to a strict production and procurement schedule. Ingredient sourcing is finalized 3 days before each delivery date, cancellation fee is $10 per order.

Cancellation Terms:

Cancellation ($10 per order canellation fee):
Customers must notify HUAGUOSHAN INC 3 days prior to the scheduled delivery date to cancel an order. (Store Credit Only) 

Late Cancellation (Within 2 Days of Delivery):
If a customer cancels within 2 days of the delivery date, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. (Store Credit Only) 
This fee covers ingredient purchasing, preparation, and labor already committed to the order.

Last day or same day cancellation request is not accepted.  

Delivery Address Change 

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are unable to directly modify the existing shipping address, as our system does not allow us the authority to make address changes to submitted orders.

However, we would be happy to assist you by canceling the current order so that you may place a new order using the correct delivery address.

Please note:

  • The canceled order will be refunded as store credit to your HGS account.
  • We kindly ask customers to carefully review the shipping address before placing a replacement order.

Additionally, please be aware that order changes or cancellations made within 2 days prior to the scheduled delivery date may be subject to a cancellation fee. This is because ingredients and delivery preparations are arranged in advance for each order.
